Party sized pitcher drink/cocktail. Prepared to be whisked away….
This is really quite quick and easy to make in the blender. These go down very smooth so watch yourself!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 5 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups Splenda or equivalent
- 64 ounces cold water
- 1 cup coconut rum
Step 1
Peel kiwis and toss them into a blender with the fruit juice and puree.
Step 2
Strain out seeds if you like.
Step 3
Stir in cold water, Splenda and coconut rum.
Step 4
Serve over ice.
