Classic Asian cocktail, made without using cherry brandy.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/2 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce cherry pomegranate juice (Cherry POM)
- 2 teaspoons Splenda or superfine sugar
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 1 cup ice
METHOD:
Step 1
Shake together in cocktail shaker then pur into a tall glass.
Step 2
Top up with club soda or seltzer water (and more ice if needed).
