Firm baked tofu has the texture of cheddar cheese. Imbued with a delicious Korean marinade, this tofu is sure to please
I first came across this in the deli counter at the local Earth Fare market, when I needed a snack to hold me until I got home with groceries and could fix dinner. They carry a lot of natural and organic foods. It was really good, and I put some together after inspecting the ingredients label. Makes a nice low carb healthy snack!
