Today’s recipe comes as part of the Secret Recipe Club  from the blog Lynsey Lou’s. Each month, SRC members are assigned one of the group blogs to cook from. Lynsey has a lot of recipes from which to choose, but being on a healthy diet right now, her recipe for fish tacos suited the day perfectly. I did adapt it for two people and used tilapia,  as well, but you can use any type of firm white fish you like.

This recipe has also been pointed for Weight Watchers (I am on that diet right now) and it comes out to 5 Smart Points for two tacos.

  1. That fish seasoning looks great! I love fish tacos but never think of them for dinner because they seem like more work than they actually are
