Mini Pizza Bites is my recipe of the day with  the From Our  Dinner Table blogging group. We’ve been meeting  up  each Sunday to post  altogether on varied topics.

This week’s topic  is  pizza. I thought  I would share my favorite recipe for  mini pizza, which  uses precooked sausage, mini pepperoni, and  snips of pizza dough.

It’s a very easy way to  get a platter of a favorite appetizer together for  parties, or just to  have on movie  night  with the kids. Younger children  will really dig the  small size.

When my daughter was young,  she really loved the little  pizzas. These are also great to  freeze and rewarm in  a toaster oven.
