Strawberry White Hot Chocolate is my recipe of the day for the blogging event Valentine’s Day Sweets & Cocktails. If you have never had strawberry white hot chocolate, it is a white cocoa that is luxuriant in berry flavor. It is perfect for a romantic drink to cuddle up with on movie night. Or just to chase away winter weather.

Strawberry White Hot Chocolate

Strawberries are everywhere this time of year! The Florida harvest has started coming in. And what better way to share a treat with your sweetest than strawberries with chocolate? Besides, strawberries pair better with white chocolate than peanut butter does with dark chocolate.

And the white chocolate is perfect for this. Not to mention that it adds vanilla sweet candy flavor without overwhelming the berries. It is, quite literally, berry sinful. I am quite sure you will love this.

In addition, the batch makes four servings. And the extra keeps quite nicely in the fridge if you have any left. Or perhaps those sweet children will be hoping for a cup of their own. And find themselves in luck.

The adults can also spike this with a wee nip of something. Strawberry or chocolate liqueur? Make your Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day the most special ever.
