Perfect for the air fryer or convection  oven, this handy breakfast treat is ready  in minutes.

As you can see,  these  are an  easy finger food for breakfast or brunch. Children will  love them. Add a small  bowl  of syrup for dipping if you like. But  still, these are great as a grab and go breakfast on the run with no syrup at all.

The French toast sticks cook  up quickly  in the air fryer. You could also use a  convection  oven with a mesh tray. The parchment keeps them from sticking to the rack while allowing heat to the undersides.

After a 10-12 minute  cook,  just brush  in butter and  roll in cinnamon sugar.  Or eat  them plain. They go  well  with  flavored syrups of your choice.
