Grapefruit Wine Spritzer is my recipe of the day. New Year’s Eve celebrations and New Year’s Day brunches are upon us. That requires scouting out a few libations for those who partake.
Print Recipe
This drink is lighter on alcohol since it is wine, fruit juice and soda. That makes it perfect for serving at brunch.
It can also be served at cocktail parties the evening before. Personally, I love the light citrusy flavor when I want something a bit more quaffable. It quenches my thirst without knocking me out, IYKWIM.
If you can’t find Squirt soda, Fresca is also very nice. There are also grapefruit flavored seltzers. Or you could go lemon-lime with 7-Up or Sprite.
Enjoy your celebrations!
