peeled, pitted and pureed

honey

habanero hot sauce

white wine vinegar

grated ginger

Instructions
Simmer ingredients for glaze for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brush on fish during grilling; grilled fish for several minutes on each side or until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
