Ingredients
  

  • 10 regular White Castle hamburgers
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Saute celery, onion and garlic in butter until onion softens.
  • Mix sauteed vegetables with torn pieces of burgers, seasoning with poultry seasoning, sage, salt and black pepper.
  • Moisten with chicken broth.
  • Place mixture into a buttered one quart casserole dish and cover with a lid or foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
