Ingredients

Chips:

  • 9-1/4 ounce bag Frito Lay chili cheese Fritos corn chips

Who Dey Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef base or powdered beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce

Instructions

  • Melt butter and stir in the Who Dey Butter ingredients.
  • Pour mixture over all the Fritos and toss well until as evenly coated as you can.
  • Place Fritos on a baking sheet and put into a low over (125F)(or as low as you can), and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you have to use a higher temp, use your judgement in reducing the bake time please.
  • Fritos are even better after overnight, giving the chips a chance to absorb the butter nicely.
  • These will keep the same amount of time as an opened bag of chips so place in an airtight bag.
