Mango Salsa Ingredients:

fresh ripe mango
peeled, seeded and diced

diced red bell pepper

sour or seville orange juice

chopped cilantro

minced fresh onion

Taco Ingredients:

ounce
box frozen popcorn shrimp

mini flour tortillas

cup
chopped cilantro
hot sauce
optional
Instructions
Method:
Stir together ingredients for mango salsa and set aside.
Heat shrimp according to package directions.
Place shrimp in warmed flour tortillas and top with salsa and additional cilantro, plus hot sauce if desired.
