chicken wings
rinsed, dried, seasoned with salt and black pepper.

minced fresh onion

fresh jalapeno
seeded and minced

tablespoon
minced fresh garlic
1
teaspoon
fresh ginger paste
1
cup
peach preserves
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
1/4
teaspoon
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
2
teaspoons
Louisiana pepper sauce
1/4
teaspoon
ground cayenne pepper
optional

green onion
thinly sliced (optional garnish)
Instructions
Saute the onion, jalapeno and garlic until the onion becomes translucent.
Stir in the ginger, peach preserves, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and black pepper, Louisiana pepper sauce, and cayenne (if you like it spicier).
Heat oil several inches deep in a large deep skillet (amount will depend on skillet size).
Season chicken wings to taste with salt and black pepper, and fry in 350F oil for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to 170F.
Drain on paper toweling and then toss wings with sauce to coat.
