Caramel Apple S'Mores
Equipment
- toaster oven or broiler
Ingredients
- 1 (5,64 ounce) box Nairn's gluten free oat grahams
- 1 medium Envy apple
- 1/3 cup Soft caramel cream center for candy making (pliable caramel)
- 8 marshmallows
Instructions
- On each cracker, take 2 teaspoons soft caramel cream center and shape it to size for the cracker.
- Top with a thin apple slice.
- Place a marshmallow snipped in half over the apple to cover.
- Place all assembled s'mores (make as few or as many as you like) on a pan covered with nonstick foil and place under the broiler until the marshmallow has toasted the way you like.
- Top each s'more with the remaining cracker and press down gently.
