Instant Pot Pork Riblets with Sauerkraut

  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 2 pounds fresh sauerkraut rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-1/2 pounds pork riblets
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 cup beer


  • Whisk the mustard into the beer and add with remaining ingredients to the instant pot.
  • Set vent to seal and operate on manual for 45 minutes.
  • Allow steam to release before removing lid.
