Easy Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler

  • 1 13- ounce can cinnamon rolls with butttercream icing
  • 1 21- ounce can apple pie filling
  • 1 tsp milk for thinning icing in tub

Streusel topping:

  • 1/2 cup chopped Millican pecans
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Spray a pie pan with nonstick spray.
  • Unroll cinnamon rolls and set icing tub aside.
  • Chop rolls into fourths and scatter on the bottom of pie plate.
  • Top with apple pie filling.
  • Mix streusel and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for one hour or until bubbly and rolls are cooked underneath.
  • Thin icing in the tub with milk to a drizzling consistency and top cobbler with it.
  • Serve warm.
