Cold Brew Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 quart jar (with lid)
  • coffee filters and sieve or other strainer, such as a pour-over pot or French press pot


Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate:

  • 1.5 ounce Pumpkin Spice flavored ground coffee (approximately 2/3 cup ground coffee)

Pumpkin Spice Latte (per serving):

  • 3/4 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • whipped cream and nutmeg for topping


To make concentrate:

  • Pour coffee into the quart canning jar and top up with cold water.
  • Cover with a lid and let sit overnight (or several hours at least).
  • Strain coffee through a coffee filter placed in a sieve, in a pour-over pot or in a French press pot.
  • Store concentrate in refrigerator until needed, up to one week.

To prepare latte:

  • Whisk together ingredients and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
