14 ounce package Kroger frozen fully cooked barbecue beef brisket, thawed

10 ounces each cans Rotel tomatoes and green chilies

15 ounces each cans Ranch style beans

tablespoons
cooking oil

large onion
chopped
1/2
bell pepper
chopped

teaspoons
chopped garlic

cup
frozen corn
thawed
2
cups
beef broth

teaspoons
ground cumin

teaspoons
chili powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1
teaspoon
oregano
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Shredded cheddar cheese
Fritos corn chips
Instructions
Heat the oil in a soup pot and saute the onion, peppers and garlic until the onion softens.
Stir in the remaining ingredients (except cheese and fritos) and heat until flavors blend, about 15 minutes.
Serve garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and frito chips.
