BBQ Beef Brisket Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 ounce package Kroger frozen fully cooked barbecue beef brisket, thawed
  • 2 10 ounces each cans Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 15 ounces each cans Ranch style beans
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fritos corn chips

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a soup pot and saute the onion, peppers and garlic until the onion softens.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients (except cheese and fritos) and heat until flavors blend, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and frito chips.
