mild or medium jarred salsa

tomato juice

pickled jalapenos
chopped

packet taco seasoning

minced fresh onion

22 ounces each full package packages Rhodes Warm & Serve Soft White rolls (count 16 rolls)
shredded lettuce
as desired
diced tomatoes
as desired
finely shredded cheddar cheese
as desired
salsa casera or other spicy taco sauce
optional, as desired
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
Stir together the salsa, tomato juice, jalapenos, taco seasoning, minced onion and pour over the chicken.
Cover slow cooker and cook chicken on low for 4 hours.
Shred chicken with forks and toss with sauce in the crock.
Prepare/warm Rhodes rolls according to your preferred package directions.
Slice and fill with shredded chicken, adding toppings and spicier salsa as desired.
