Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • sweet paprika optional

Instructions
 

  • Hard-Cooked Eggs in the Instant Pot:
  • Place rack in inner pot of Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
  • Place 12 eggs on the rack.
  • Cover pot with lid and set lid to seal.
  • Cook at pressure on the manual setting for 5 minutes.
  • Use the quick release valve for the steam and let steam subside before opening.
  • Open cooker and place eggs in cold water to cool.
  • Deviled Eggs:
  • Peel eggs and halve.
  • Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Mix yolks with remaining ingredients except paprika and spoon into egg cavities or use a piping bag to fill.
  • Sprinkle with a little paprika to garnish if desired.
