  • 9x5x3 inch loaf pan


  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter olive oil divided
  • 12 ounces tepid lager beer


  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • Stir together dry ingredients then gently mix in the wet except reserve one tablespoon melted butter.
  • Pour into the loaf pan and drizzle the last tablespoon of butter over the top.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick tests without wet batter.
  • Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
