Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Fage plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Spray 9 cavities of a muffin tin with nonstick spray or grease well.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine gently to make a batter.
  • Divide batter among muffin tin cavities; sprinkle with a little extra dried parsley or basil if desired.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the centers test done.
