Freezer Guacamole

  • 4 ripe avocados mashed
  • 1/2 cup minced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Stir up guacamole and place into ziplock bags in desired quantities, squeezing out all the air.
  • Freeze until needed and simply thaw and serve.
