uncooked macaroni noodles

cooked salad shrimp

ounce
jar diced pimiento peppers
drained

scallions
sliced
1/2
cup
finely diced celery

tablespoon
small nonpareil capers

medium tomato
diced

tablespoon
minced fresh Italian parsley

cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
sour cream

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
Old Bay seasoning

teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
garlic salt
Instructions
Cook pasta for 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain, rinse and cool.
Mix with remaining ingredients and chill before serving.
