Shrimp and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 8 ounces cooked salad shrimp
  • 2 ounce jar diced pimiento peppers drained
  • 3 scallions sliced
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon small nonpareil capers
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta for 7-8 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain, rinse and cool.
  • Mix with remaining ingredients and chill before serving.
