Ingredients

fresh tuna fillets
vegetable oil
salt and black pepper
Grilling Sauce:
1/4
cup
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
mirin
1
teaspoon
ginger
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
gochujang
1
teaspoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat grill.
Oil grill grates before cooking.
Stir together the grilling sauce and set aside.
Season fish with salt and pepper and drizzle lightly with oil.
Grill fish, brushing with grilling sauce, until fish is cooked to medium or however you like.
Serving suggestion: steamed rice and simple stir-fried vegetables or grilled vegetables.
