Bacon Chipotle Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce minced
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • pinch each of salt and black pepper
  • 2 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons cheddar cheese powder
  • additional bacon bits for garnish


  • Cook eggs and peel.
  • Cut eggs in half; remove yolks and mash.
  • Mix yolks with remaining ingredients (except the garnish) until smooth.
  • Spoon mix into egg cavities and garnish with extra bacon.
