Toasts:

fresh blackberries

fresh raspberries

granola

small St. Pierre brioche rolls
Drizzle:
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
3-1/2
teaspoons
milk
Instructions
Mix sweet ricotta and set aside.
Split rolls and toast until light brown.
On each toast half, spread 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese.
Top with berries to cover and fill cracks with granola.
Whisk together the icing drizzle and spoon lightly over the tops.
