Pineapple-Orange Sherbet Popsicles

  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 6 ounces boiling water
  • 3- ounce package orange gelatin I used sugar-free
  • 1 cup half and half


  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Puree gelatin with pineapples (and juice from can and half and half).
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.


Makes 4 cups sherbet mix.
