Ingredients
Shrimp & Marinade:

shrimp
peeled and deveined

dry white wine

extra virgin olive oil

fresh lemon juice

tomato paste

teaspoon
minced garlic

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
dried oregano
1/4
teaspoon
red chili flakes

teaspoon
black pepper
Tzatziki Ingredients:
2
mini cucumbers
grated and squeezed dry
1
cup
thick Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
berry vinegar
apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2
teaspoon
garlic paste
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
white pepper
1
tablespoon
chopped fresh mint
pinch
dried dill weed
Other ingredients:

pita bread
olive oil
chopped tomatoes
chopped red onion
diced feta cheese
chopped fresh parsley
olives
Instructions
Whisk together the marinade and add shrimp; marinate one or two hours, refrigerated.
Stir together the tzatziki sauce and set aside.
Prepare grill for direct grilling.
Use a grill wok or other grill mesh and spray with nonstick spray.
Drain marinade from the shrimp and discard marinade.
Heat the grill wok and add the shrimp, stirring until opaque and cooked through.
Drizzle pita lightly with olive oil and place on the grate for a few moments to warm and char slightly.
Place shrimp and other ingredients on pita, drizzling with tzatziki sauce.
