Watermelon Hibiscus Cooler

  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups pureed seedless watermelon
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar


  • Bring 2 cups water and hibiscus flowers to a boil; remove from heat and steep ten minutes.
  • Strain hibiscus tea into a pitcher.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  • Serve over ice.
