  • 4 cups water divided
  • 2 medium peaches chopped
  • 1 cup sugar or adjust to your taste
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice


  • Place 2 cups water, peaches and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer until peaches soften then remove from heat and strain, discarding solids.
  • Place peach syrup into a pitcher and add lemon juice, topping up with water to 48 ounces,  and stir.
  • Serve over ice with lemon and mint.
