  • 48 ounces apple cider
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 small cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (add after heating)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (add after heating)
  • whipped cream optional topping
  • grated nutmeg optional topping


  • Whisk together and heat in the slow cooker on high for one hour or until hot. Do not add the whipping cream, vanilla, whipped cream or grated nutmeg until after for best results.
