oil

large onions

tomato sauce

water

chopped garlic

Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
habanero pepper hot sauce
(optional)

ounce
packet onion soup mix
Instructions
Season oxtails with salt and pepper and brown in 2 tablespoons oil.
Place oxtails in the bottom of the crock with the onions.
Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour over the top.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
