oil

vegetable stock

curry powder

teaspoons
ground coriander
1
teaspoon
ground cumin
1
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
pinch
asafoetida
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
garam masala
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Split squash open and remove seeds.
Place on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Scoop out cooked flesh and mash with fork.
While squash roasts, saute onion in oil in a saucepan.
When tender, add mashed squash and remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir until heated through.
