nonstick foil
Ingredients

package frozen sweet potato cubes
thawed
1/2
pound
thin sliced bacon
2
tablespoons
melted butter
honey
to drizzle
Spice Coating:
3
tablespoons
brown sugar
1
teaspoon
smoked paprika
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Thread sweet potato cubes and bacon onto soaked wooden skewers, alternating in a serpentine fashion.
Stir together the spice mixture.
Brush the kebabs with butter, then sprinkle with the seasoning.
Place skewers onto a nonstick foil lined baking sheet and bake for twenty minutes, then turn and continue to bake for twenty minutes more.
Drizzle with honey and serve hot.
