salmon fillets
(2 10-ounce portions)
3
tablespoons
butter
1/4
cup
dry white wine
1/2
cup
roasted garlic
pinch
salt and black pepper
2

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Place salmon on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
While fish bakes, heat butter and roasted garlic in a small saucepan and stir in the wine and let cook briefly to cook off alcohol vapors.
Add remaining ingredients and heat until just warmed through, but do not boil.
Serve sauce over fish.
