diced roasted hatch green chilies or mild green chilies

frozen corn

can diced tomatoes with liquid

cooked crumbled chorizo sausage

ground cumin

mild chili powder

chopped cilantro
Instructions
Saute the onion and garlic in the oil in a soup pot until onion softens.
Add the remaining ingredients except cilantro and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cilantro prior to serving.
