Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 21 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup (2 cans, undiluted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 ounces diced jarred pimientos
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces egg noodles (cooked and drained)
  • 12 ounces diced ham
  • 10.8 ounces frozen chopped broccoli (cooked crisp-tender)
  • 6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups canned crispy fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Cook the onions and garlic in the oil until the onion is softened.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients except the fried onions and place in an oblong casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then top with canned fried onions.
  • Bake an additional ten minutes to brown and crisp the topping.
