  • 1 pound chopped ripe strawberries
  • 1 pound diced ripe mango
  • 1-2 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 lime
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup Mexican crema or crème fraîche
  • 8 ounce tub Cool Whip
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Juice the lime and add juice to mixing bowl.
  • Slice the bananas and stir into the lime juice to prevent darkening.
  • Add the other chopped fruit.
  • Stir together the condensed milk, crema, and cinnamon.
  • Fold in the cool whip, then add the fruit, gently stirring to mix.
  • Serve immediately and chill any remaining, using within one day.
