Everything Bagel Biscuits

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsalted butter (grated)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • additional Everything bagel seasoning (for topping)


  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Stir together the flour, baking powder, bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, sugar and salt.
  • Add frozen butter shreds to flour and toss to coat.
  • Add sour cream to flour mixture and stir together, kneading lightly, until dough comes together. Try not to handle it excessively.
  • Pat out the dough to 3/4-inch thick and cut out with biscuit cutters.
  • Place biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with topping, patting it into the dough.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
