Everything Bagel Seasoning

toasted sesame seeds

granulated sugar

frozen unsalted butter
(grated)

cup
sour cream
additional Everything bagel seasoning
(for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, sugar and salt.
Add frozen butter shreds to flour and toss to coat.
Add sour cream to flour mixture and stir together, kneading lightly, until dough comes together. Try not to handle it excessively.
Pat out the dough to 3/4-inch thick and cut out with biscuit cutters.
Place biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with topping, patting it into the dough.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
