Instructions
Saute veggies in bacon fat or oil.
Add remaining ingredients and place lid on Instant Pot and set to seal the valve.
Cook on Manual setting for 30 minutes at pressure (bean setting).
Use a natural release (don't open the valve for 15-20 minutes after shut-off).
