Easy Jam Tart

Ingredients
  

Tart:

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup warmed jam

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup pecan meal or finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Roll out pie crust and place on a pizza pan.
  • Crimp up the edges.
  • Warm jam so it is easy to spread and place on the crust.
  • Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on the tart.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned.
  • Cool on pan.
  • Cut into wedges.
