uncooked spaghetti noodles
(cooked to package directions)

ground beef

small onions
(cut into wedges)

red bell pepper
(cut into strips)

tablespoon
chopped garlic

tablespoon
grated ginger root

can bamboo shoots
(drained and julienned)

ounces
fresh broccoli
(cut into small florets)

matchstick cut carrots

green onions
(chopped)
Sauce:

tablespoons
oyster sauce

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoons
ketchup
2
tablespoons
brown sugar

teaspoons
sesame oil

teaspoon
beef base

cup
pasta water
Instructions
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Brown beef with onion, bell peppers, garlic and ginger in a large wok or deep skillet; drain fat.
Stir in the broccoli, bamboo shoots and carrots, cooking a minute or two more.
Stir in the green onions, and when they start to wilt, stir in the sauce.
Add spaghetti noodles and toss to mix.
