cooking oil

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and dice.
Mix flour with seasonings.
Heat oil to moderately hot about an inch deep.
Dredge chicken in coating and shake off excess.
Fry chicken in oil until browned and cooked through; drain.
Serve on taco shells or tortillas with toppings of choice.
