  • 4 scallions chopped
  • 1 serrano chili seeds removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
