Tomato Pepper Jam

  • 1 pound fresh cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces sweet red peppers chopped
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens into a jam and reduces to two cups total, about one hour.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
