boneless chicken breast tenders

mayonnaise

tablespoons
melted butter
1/2

Ritz cracker crumbs
1/3
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
olive oil
as needed
dipping sauces
as desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Pound out chicken breast tenders to about one quarter inch.
Mix crumbs with Parmesan in a dish.
Place tenders in a bowl and toss with melted butter, mayonnaise, and seasonings to coat.
Dredge chicken pieces in crumbs and lay on a nonstick foil lined baking sheet.
Drizzle lightly with oil.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until browned and crispy, turning once halfway during the baking time.
Serve with dipping sauces of your choice: yum-yum sauce, ranch dressing, bbq sauce, etc.
