all-purpose flour

grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons
Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and dressing mix

tablespoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
dried parsley flakes
2
teaspoons
dried chives
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
cup
plain yogurt
2
tablespoons
melted butter olive oil
divided

ounces
tepid lager beer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Stir together dry ingredients then gently mix in the wet except reserve one tablespoon melted butter.
Pour into the loaf pan and drizzle the last tablespoon of butter over the top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick tests without wet batter.
Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
