Instructions
Brown beef and sausage in oil with bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper; drain fat.
Add meat to slow cooker with remaining ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or for 4 hours on high.
Serve with cooked pasta.
