Place tea bags in steaming milk and allow to steep ten minutes.
Remove tea bags and mix tea with remaining ingredients to create a smooth batter.
Spray a 9x5x3-inch baking pan with Baker's Release spray.
Add batter to pan and bake in the preheated oven for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick, when inserted and removed, does not have wet batter clinging to it.
Cool in the pan 15 minutes, then turn bread out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
